In some cases our clients request we recruit for positions that will start as temporary / contract in status, but may, over time, become permanent hire positions if both the client and the assigned employee agree it is a good fit for the employee to join the client’s company as a permanent employee. Human Capital Solutions encourages its clients contemplating filling permanent positions to consider a temp-to-perm arrangement as it is an efficient means of testing their compatibility before committing to a permanent hire position with a potential employee.
